Customer Service and quote person was excellent. Very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. The quoted price had increased above the original web quote due to gas price increases and she explained this very carefully. Also explained how she might have to increase a bit more to get a driver to taek the load. this did not happen, but she explained the process very clearly and forthrightly.

The carrier arrived on the first day, which was great, but his winch was broken. VERY fortunately, I had not packed my welder and we were able to repair the winch and get the car up on the trailor. It was surprising that a truck arrived to pick up a care that did not run without a functioning winch. The driver knew that the car would not start, but had no plan to get the car on board without the winch. No reflection on Dependable as the driver ahd all hte information, but did not use it. Anyway, all ended well.

I thought that 3 days from NM to CO a bit long, but other than that, the car arrived in good condition, was off loaded and the agreed upon price paid without questions. The winch had broke again though and we had to unload it using a local winch. Loading and unloading took about 3 hours each due to lack of functioning trailor winch.

Overall, very good service and I am a very happy customer. It was my first time using a car transporter and this went very well oither than the winch issue which isn't really a factor that Dependable can control. When I use the service again, I will have rigged up a winch in advance if the car won't run.
