I have great experience with this company. After reading previous reviews, I feel I am really lucky. The agent Kim was very professional and answered all the questions I had. I only made one phone call during the whole process.

The driver Oleg(s) were also great. The first Oleg pick up my car at Newark, Delaware. He was asking if he can pick up two days earlier than the scheduled pick-up date. I told him I need the car through the weekend. He was fine with it and came back to pick it up one day after the scheduled pick-up date. I thought it might delay the transportation somehow. Surprisingly, the second day after I arrived in Eugene, Oregon, the second Oleg delivered my car successfully. No scratch, not too dirty. I was very satisfied.
