Given I had problems with auto transports in the past (stolen rear-view mirror, broken windshield) I was hesitant of doing this again, but had no choice. This time the process was painless and flawless - worked exactly as it should. Dependable set up the transport with Nationwide Transit(NT), "Jersey" from NT called the night before - we arranged a better pick up location, within 3 days the car was delivered. I would definitely use both Dependable Auto Service and Nationwide Transit for my auto transport needs again.
The only comment I would add - the insistence of cash or cashier's check payment (the first is always preferred) at time of delivery is a bit odd - there should be a better way of paying (ie. credit card, check).
