After waiting 7 weeks with no response from a competing auto transporter that was just $100 less, I called up Dependable to make a reservation on a Thursday. They had my car on a truck the next day!!! The carrier (Load & Go) was great at communicating his estimated arrival times (although traffic in the Bay Area delayed his arrival in California by a few hours XXXbut he called to let us know!). My car was in the exact condition as I had left it and nothing was stolen from our trunk or car. I wish I had called Dependable sooner! Thanks Kim!
