It was unfortunate that the driver encountered mechanical difficulties which delayed the delivery a couple of days and was very costly to him personally to get the parts he needed delivered to El Centro, CA. Throughout the process however the driver, Gene, from Prestige Auto Movers was in constant contact with me via cell phone to keep me up to date regarding his status for delivery and I definitely WOULD USE his service again as he was very customer service orientated at a time that was very stressful for him to get vehicles delivered to CA. and still make it home to his own family for the Xmas holiday. I tipped him an extra $100 for which he was most grateful.
