From start to finish, everything took place exactly as promised. Dealer's Choice kept us up to date via email until the driver contacted us via phone to advise of exact pick up date/time. The driver then kept us posted on trip progress and called again to see if he could deliver the car early. Car arrived in same condition, on time and on budget. Try that US government !
