Impressive Service, Communication And Price! Easy to see why this enclosed carrier is highly recommended by regional Porsche Dealerships. Payment was made in full upon delivery with a cashier check. No money was required before shipment. All this eased my first time shipping jitters, which were then finally erased by the quick response through email from the cordial dispatcher to all my questions. Pick up and delivery estimates between Toms River, NJ to Ocala Florida were amazing accurate. The driver was very kind and considerate calling to arrange a convenient time for pick up and then called again to confirm the car was delivered. Driver was very informative assuring me why enclosed shipping is the preferred way to ship versus open carrier. He also helped dispel other common shipping fears. I was glad to see the car secured by the wheel and not a frame tie down that could potentially cause damage. My TSX Acura, not the usual affluent cargo for this carrier, arrived without a scratch.
