First, I'd like to thank kathy@phoenixautotransport.com for passing this web site onto me.

When I got on here, I was surprised by the good, the bad, and the ugly. Without this web page, I'd still be scratching my head and hoping for the best. One of the recent reviews on here was for DeMoise. I looked at the other reviews they'd been given and they were also favorable. A quick visit to their web page and you can see they are both established and professional. They also had ads in Hemmings Motor News and appeared reputable. Once they checked out, I contacted Bill DeMoise and the adventure was on.

Bill worked with me on price. Although his quote was one of the highest, he alone provided me with a pick up window that was relatively soon. Nearly everyone else shot off 4 to 6 weeks without blinking an eye. The car was picked up in the window quoted and delivered 6 days later. During that time the driver, Mike, contacted me via phone about 4 times and kept me well informed. He was uniformed and courteous during the delivery of my car.

Oh yea, my car. Did I mention it was an eBay purchase that DIDN"T run? Did I mention that it was in the middle of nowhere Oregon off any normal trucking route? While brokers made promises {some, I'm sure, could likely keep} transport companies like DAS kept me on hold forever just to offer me a very high quote and an open ended pick up time.

I can't say enough about DeMoise. Maybe I got lucky but I don't think so. I'd use them again without hesitation. A rock solid trucking company without middle man worries. Thanks guys.
