After not being able to ship my car for 2 months - I cancelled my order and found my own carrier. Dash states on their website that if they can not ship your car within 30 days from placing the order that they will refund you deposit in full. This is not true - I cancelled my order in Jan '08 and it's now March and STILL NO REFUND. Also keep getting Mandy's voicemail who is suppose to handle my refund (according to Elias)
Stay away from this company - you will not get your car shipped and you will never see your deposit again !
