I would rate my overall experience as above average. The customer service agents were easy to deal with and they didn't play any games. The pick up was on time and the delivery was on time. Both items were extremely easy to set up. The driver was easy to deal with, however, he kept begging me for a tip. This was the ONLY thing that turned me off about there service. Last time I checked a tip was earned not guaranteed. I talked to the driver on four different occasions and each and every time he reminded me about a tip. How annoying!
