THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS LENGTH OF TIME TO GO 470 MILES WAS 9 DAYS, BUT THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD SO IT WAS WORTH THE EXTRA DAYS WAIT. THE BOOKING OF THE TRANSPORT WAS BY PHONE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I BOOKED BY PHONE, AS I USUALLY BOOK ON-LNE. REPRESENTIVE WAS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PROMPT IN GETTING MY CAR BOOKED. VERY PLEASANT TRANSACTION OVERALL.
