Bad experience

I just had the worst experience with dash auto movers. I'm from Toronto,Canada. I made arrangments with the above company to pick up my new vehicle to be shipped from alabama to Buffalo,I informed michael from the begging that i dont live in the US and I needed delivery on time. Michael promissed me on the phone that he will pick up the car as soon as I pay the dealer, I told him that the deal will be ready on Friday and I need him to pick it up on time SO the car could arrive on sunday or Monday to Buffalo, he promissed he will make it happen. When Friday came I called Michael and he never answered the phone and I was transferred to dispatch manager, the manager told me that there are no trucks leaving Alabama to Buffalo and no one knows when my car will be picked up, I informed her that I made plans to travel to Buffalo and I already booked a hotel room and requested vacation from my work but she never cared, then I asked to speak to michael, I got on the phone with him and he still promissed that my car will be delivered on time and he will try and pick up my car the next day, to give him 1 more day and not to waste his time by me talking to him on the phone and let him work on picking up the car. Next day I called him and ofcourse michael didn't answer and I spoke to Ron from dispatch department and he said my car will not be picked up and no one knows when it will be picked up therefore they have to cancel my order and refund my deposit. I booked with this company on Feb 2 and they cancelled my delivery on Feb 9. They give u a cheap price but they never pick up your car. I never received an appology or anything and i'm still waitting for my refund. I have lost close to $700 because I had to cancel my flight to Buffalo and hotel for 2 people and dash auto movers know about it and again not even an apology. Do yourself a favour and pay more and u will get your car picked up atleast and that's what I've done.

With this customer he wanted to place the order at the cheapest price which is our 7 to 10 day time frame. We recommended to him that he not go with that amount in order to make sure that we pick the vehicle as soon as he wanted. He agreed that it might take several extra days to locate a carrier, he paid for the 7 to 10 day time frame. We placed the order for him. Then very next day he called us frantic because he hadn't found a carrier, yet 1 day before he understood that it could take 7 to 10 days. After two more days of him calling and cursing us for simply trying to move his vehicle in the time frame that he paid for we canceled the order and issued his refund immediately.
