We will not use DAS again and suggest you look at other companies instead. Our experience has been completely unsatisfactory. Although we paid extra to have the car placed on the top level because we were told the car would have less exposure to road damage, The car arrived filthy with significant damage to the outside of the car. The paint job on all the outside surfaces has hundreds of dings. The car dealer estimate to repair was $8500, DAS offered us $550. When we objected and they said they would get back to us. Now they are not returning our calls. We were told the car was insured up to its value. This is unacceptable.
