The day before my Vehicle was suppose to be picked up. I received a call from the Company to ask a few follow up questions. Fine, Except they asked if my Driver side window works. Unfortunately it does not and because no once asked before and they are incapable of sticking there head out the door rather then a window 1200 dollars later a day before I leave the state. My car has no transportation out of state and I'm waiting on them to refund me my money. So I can fine a company that wants to help me. By the way I have two small children this was a huge inconvenience and the lady who i spoke to after the fact. Was absolutely no help. Any one who works customer service knows if the customer is up set you apologize. No not this women, She said she doesn't want to argue with me. Excuse me you have 1200 dollars of my money that was given too your company to provide me with service that the day before you tell me oh well too bad for you. Waite a week and we will get you your money. HORRIBLE HORRIble service. I will never try to use them again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows not too use them. I paid you my car works my car run's it just had a minor 150 dollar problem that I hadn't token care of and if I knew it would have been an issue I would have had it token care of 2 weeks ago when i finalized everything with you.
