Please avoid this company at all costs. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life.

Bike was scheduled to be transported from Indiana to Washington. At 28 days after pick-up, I still haven't received a delivery date.

All communication for that 28 day period had to be initiated by be with both their customer service staff and general manager simply ingoring my inquiries (both phone and email). It wasn't until I informed them (via email) that I would be filing an insurance claim and police report that I received an actual response from them.

To date, I have still not received my 2007 HD - although now that complaints have been filed with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Wisconsin DOT - they are informing me it "should be" sometime within the week" but no confirmation of that.


Recommendation: AT ALL COSTS AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CARRIER!!
