Critical: Professionalism
Tried to book a vehicle transport. They held fast at their bottom dollar price which was a little on the high side but not terrible. When I told them I was ready to book with them, they told me it would actually cost $100 extra. Unfortunately that's a common technique in this business but there are plenty of other brokers out there.
