I recently shipped my truck from Virginia to Alabama and contacted DNA after receiving their quote. The price was great, but the customer service was outstanding. I had shipped a vehicle from New Mexico to Virginia the previous year and had a terrible experience with another company. Eileen was very helpful and assured me that everything would taken care of and she would find me the best price and drivers that I could trust. She went above and beyond my expectations. The drivers, Mike and Laura with Bearden Transport, were extremely friendly and courteous. My truck was received by my father and he was also impressed with the service and professionalism of the drivers. I would highly recommend this company for any move assistance and will use them again, without hesitation, in the future. Thank you again Eileen, Mike and Laura. You guys are awesome.
