ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Eileen was handling my case. I signed an invoice with a quote. As the date approached, I heard nothing so I called/emailed. This was the beginning of the horrible client service. They emailed saying someone will call by the end of tomorrow. No one called. I called. Spoiler alert: my car was never picked up. Eileen never picked up her phone and only returned a fraction of my calls and texts and emails. I booked my delivery 2 MONTHS before the date. I moved out of my apartment and left the state. I had to abandon my beloved car. Eileen then called asking for more money-hundreds over the quoted price. She laughed when I said I want to pay the agreed upon price. Just an absolute nightmare. She had the gall to text me saying to make sure I picked up my phone when she calls in a few hours. SHE NEVER PICKS UP HER PHONE and she never made that phone call. She lied about not taking commission for the order to make it work, then later, forgot she lied and said she gave up half the commission. She really made my moving process and the whole 2 weeks (before I gave up and went with another company) a living hell.

Yes Matthew Gentile it was a WASTE of TIME working with you or talking to you!!! First when you went on line and BOOK 2 MONTHS in advance, YOU WERE TOLD ASAP THAT PRICE WILL NOT WORK IN THE SUMMER!! SUMMER RATES are 25% or more and WE TOLD YOU THIS!! Eileen told you that she will try to get you a good price and you accepted that. BUT WHEN EILEEN CALLED YOU AND SAID SHE HAS A DRIVER FOR 75.00 MORE. You cried and got upset, I must look you up Matthew Gentile to see what kind of Veterinarian I wonder how you treat you customers. Because you were so IMMATURE and RUDE ThankYou Dominick.
