Victor, we do appreciate your feedback. However, after looking further into your order with us we can 100% confirm the carrier whom we dispatched to transport your vehicle was/ is currently fully insured. The process for filing a damage claim has begun on your behalf. However, the time for the insurance company to process the claim does vary. We apologize for the amount of time the insurance company has taken to review all of the submitted information but they need to be thorough. There is indeed an active and open claim we have filed on your behalf in regards to your damage claim. We have reached out to the insurance company of the carrier asking for updates as soon as possible. Once we receive any new information, we will be in contact with you right away. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
