I got the runaround from another transport company and was at the peak of my frustration (sitting at a bus stop in a new city after missing yet another transfer, late again and getting yelled at for the hundredth time by a person demanding I give her money for the bus) when I spoke with Chris C. from DIY Transport, Inc. He and his team got more accomplished in a few days than the previous company did in weeks of work. I felt I could trust Chris C. and DIY to get my car from one of the country to the other and not take financial advantage of my situation. Not only was he up front about the costs, it was one of the most affordable choices from the various companies I talked to when initially looking for help. Chris C. kept in great communication with me during and after the whole process and it was so refreshing to finally work with a person and company who were the solution instead of the problem.
