No Pick Up/ Promised A Refund/ Still Waiting 4 Refund

DIY charged me a $150 deposit, but they were never able to book a carrier for my car. I was told to send an email to the DIY accounting dept for a refund of the deposit, which I did ,,,, but I waited two weeks and no refund was posted to my credit card.

So two weeks ago, I posted a negative review (scroll down to see it) complaining about never getting the refund, and immediately (same day) "Sheree" from DIY customer service called me to apologize and promised to post the refund to my credit card acct the same day. Here is a copy of her follow up email after our phone conversation:

Yes, I do see your email showing that you did email the accounting department.
Again, I do apologize that no one took care of you sooner. As soon as I saw your
email this morning, I immediately returned the funds to your account. If you
need anything, please let me know. Thank you so much for being patient with us.

I received that mail more than two weeks ago, but still no refund posted to my credit card.

It has now been more then a month since I originally contacted the DIY accounting department (and received an email acknowledgement) for the refund, but I still have not yet received the refund.

After reviewing this file and all emails, we have verified that the deposit has been refunded since December 18th. The customer has also already cashed the courtesy check we have sent to him for $100 for the troubles we have caused. It us now up to the customer's financial institution to place the funds back to the account as they have been deducted from us since December 18th.
