After reviewing this file and all emails, we have verified that the deposit has been refunded since December 18th. The customer has also already cashed the courtesy check we have sent to him for $100 for the troubles we have caused. It us now up to the customer's financial institution to place the funds back to the account as they have been deducted from us since December 18th.
