I am overall satisfied with the transport. The broker did a good job in communicating- however, there was confusion when the pick up was 2 days late. Insufficient communication- mostly with the transport side, who was not fluent in English. I've had two vehicles transported before, so I know the process. Of course, my vehicle arrived with no damage.
I gave a 3 day window for pickup. The pick was 2 days late after the window. From there on, I had to initiate the calls for status or a delivery date. With late pickups, I think customers deserve better communication. Texts would have been fine.
