Transport service and honesty

I have had a 30 foot boat and 2 cars transported from the great lakes area over the space of 10 years. I was charged additional charges from a prior carrier, and they were bogus charges. I also have had lots of horror stories from my friends regarding their transport of cars. But I must say these guys were great. They did more than they said they would do and did not charge one penny more. I thought my car would be ready on a Saturday. They arrived at the dealership to pick up the car.The car was not released to them though because the bill of sale had not been returned to the dealership.No problem though, as they returned to the dealership approximately one week later and picked up the car. Upon arrival in Spokane the driver was very courteous and kind as the carrier was not able to go to the downtown location for delivery. He unloaded the car and drove it to my office and was willing to walk back to his truck. My assistant gave him a ride and she too was impressed by his friendliness and honesty. This is the first review I have ever written, and maybe the last. But I felt others should hear this story as I was not overcharged, and was given great service. Jerry Thew
