My experience with DIY directly was excellent. It's the transport company I have a complaint about.
When the car carrier arrived and the driver was unloading the car, the car must have been in neutral because when he unhooked the hold downs it rolled off the ramps and was rolling down the street by itself. If it wasn't for a curb it would have rolled into a telephone pole. If anyone had been standing behind the car they would have been run over.
