DIY was excellent to work with, they provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the transporters (Porcupine Transport) kept me in the dark. I had no idea the vehicle was picked up until I called the dealership to verify, and was left guessing about when the delivery would happen. I was given an estimated delivery time, but with zero contact from the driver until he was an hour away, I had no way to coordinate with my work schedule to meet him. Fortunately, it worked out, but for future reference, please contact your client and let them know your eta, we have jobs that demand our time too.
