Had some contact problems with another carrier. Being frustrated, I called DIY and (lucky me) got connected to Angel. She arranged the shipping and kept in touch throughout entire process. Every call and question was answered in a very timely manner. When I need a vehicle shipped again, I will call her first. Very satisfied. Thank you Angel.
