My car was suppose to be delivered around 14 days after pickup(Ca to NJ). But after the date we agreed upon,, it was move to 6 days later. But all those are based on ETA(weather, traffic,etc). still, its summer and there were no weather disturbance that i was aware of in the news. So i just didnt mind it. On the 20th day, they called me and said that the truck is around1 hour away and that they will deliver it the next morning. Today, they told that the truck didnt arrive. Wow, that 1 hour is such a long drive. And they still cant gurantee when it will arrive or give me a time frame. They also have 24 hour realtime online tracking where your car is. What a coincidence! good thing is that my cousin lets me use there car or else i would have blown my top. I will just wait and see if when when it will arrive and more importantly is that it will arrive with no damage. Maybe i will use them again if they make it up in some ways(maybe a big discount).
