I was relocating to another place and was in need of a auto transport service. I called around and everyone was too high. I remembered Cruise Control Auto Transport from one of my emails and searched for it. I called the number and Andrew answered. He was polite and did not pressure me at all the whole time he was explaining the process to me, which he was the only one that took the time to explain over the phone. I was very impressed by his professionalism. I was shocked even more when he told me how much it will cost me to transport my vehicle. He was way cheaper than anyone that I had called. He even told me that was a fixed price and that there will be no increase, unlike other companies that would only give me an estimate. Here's another thing that impressed me. I called Andrew with Cruise Control Auto Transport on Friday morning, called, and called Andrew back same day in the afternoon telling him that I agreed to use his service. He explained to me that since it was late Friday afternoon, the chances of scheduling a truck will be on Monday, which I was alright with it. Nevertheless, Andrew promised that he will still try to locate a truck over the weekend. It was Saturday morning when Andrew called me letting me know that he had located a transport and my vehicle will be picked up on Monday morning. I was speechless. Andrew impressed me with his service and commitment. The driver was awesome too. He kept me in the loop the whole time, especially when he was held up somewhere and has to pick up my vehicle a day later. I was alright since the driver kept me in the loop and I was able to adjust my schedule accordingly. The car was picked up and was delivered to my destination with no issue. Andrew was in contact with me the whole time, making sure everything was alright. I will give Andrew with Cruise Control Auto Transport 6 stars if I can.
