I had never shipped a new car before, but after getting quotes from probably 10 brokers, I settled with Andrew because his price was competitive, his communication was good (texting was great), his honesty was obvious, and his reviews were excellent. We agreed to do business on Friday, my car was picked up on Monday, and I got it delivered from OR to CA on Tuesday. Fantastic broker.
The delivery itself was good except the car was REALLY dirty (open carrier) and the delivery was at night (so I couldn't really inspect it all). But we did our best and things worked out. Anyway, Andrew and Cruise Control are great to deal with...highly recommended!
