At no time did I feel pressured by Andrew to use his company or services. He was just honest with me about what I needed and gave me the best possible price he could. His continual follow ups via phone or email were not required, but they did show that he cared about my satisfaction as a customer. The driver he chose showed professionalism and care while loading/unloading a very difficult vehicle. The shipment showed up an entire day early which was a welcome treat. On my review I listed the car as dirty. It wasn’t very clean when they loaded it and driving around in winter will make anything filthy. I will be using these services in the future.
