Everything about our experience with Cruise Control Auto Transport was as promised. Cruise Control was able to meet the schedule we had both for pickup and delivery. He was prompt in returning phone calls and emails and provided the answers to questions we had. he was literally a "phone call" away at all times.
At first I was somewhat skeptical as to the need of going through a broker. I was concerned about whether the broker would truly represent both the owner and the transport company throughout the transaction. Let me just say that those fears were quickly offset through the excellent service provided as well as finding a transport company that met the schedule and cost parameters we outlined. While it may sound unusual, we needed extra days built into the schedule to allow us to travel to our destination without concerns of the car arriving before we did
He was able to arrange for a carrier that not only provided excellent service, but also went above and beyond the requirements we defined.
I would definitely use Cruise Control Auto Transport again as we anticipate transporting our car in the seasons that follow.
