We booked Crossroads Auto Transport to deliver a vehicle for us, the only thing they did for us was quickly charge our credit card for a downpayment. They did not come through for us. They gave us an inaccurate quote and we sat for weeks with no pickup. We found another transporter, but 3 months later, we are still begging for a refund from Crossroads. Everyone I have talked to there (if they actually answer) is dismissive and unresponsive to this repeated request. Would NEVER use them again or advise anyone to do so. Typical bait and switch car transport company.
