Kathleen, We are sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with Crossroads Auto Transport.
Obviously you just cant please everyone. You hired us to transport your vehicle and we tried, We sent two different drivers out to your location to pickup your vehicle for the EXACT price you were originally quoted. It states specifically in a contract that you signed that "If a driver comes out to your location and you provided no notification of cancellation then you are required to pay a "$100 dry run fee" You refused both drivers for who knows why. Even though you did it twice, we STILL REFUNDED YOU. Daniel is in sales and we do not have and have never heard of an "Service Department" If you didnt have a great experience fine, but do not lie. Every customer of Daniels has been absolutely happy with their service as you can see from the previous 50 reviews. You were not even a customer of Daniel's. No one ever threatened you as we dont have the time to waste nor would tolerate any such thing. Best of luck to you. Word of advice, next time you hire a company to do a job and they follow through exactly as expected then you cancel for your own personal reasoning, pls dont leave people bad reviews lying.
