Unfortunately the review that was posted by "Val" is completely inaccurate.
The driver went out there to pickup the vehicle on the day that was scheduled for pickup and no one was there to provide the keys and car to the driver, the customer (who was at drop off only) was unable to produce anyone to provide the driver the keys so the vehicle could be transported. I understand that it is some how our fault, I apologize about the miss-communication. Crossroads Auto Transports wishes you the best of luck.
