I was going to ship my cars with another carrier but their customer service was really bad, never returned my calls so I had to come to this site to find another company. I called James(the owner) and he gave me a quote less than what the previous company was going to charge me. I was a bit scared since this was my first time shipping my car but James assured me that everything will go smoothly. He kept updating me via emails and phone. The truck driver (Brad) was extremely friendly and kept me updated when he was running a couple of hours late. He delivered my car on time. I would highly recommend crossover transport and Brad the truck driver!
