Most of us have never shipped a vehicle and have no idea what we're getting into. What we need is an honest, friendly person to guide us, and I could not be more pleased in this regard than I was with James Randolph. I picked him because of the positive reviews on this site, and he clearly earns those reviews. He explained to me how the business works and gave me an honest assessment of how he and the carrier make money, and it was clear that I would not save significant money by going with another agent. He only uses carriers with great track records. Without a trace of annoyance, he gladly rescheduled my pickup twice because I had to use the car for a few more weeks, and was able to give me good advice about dealing with the carrier.
