Horrible Experience!

I wasted my time with these guys! Contacted them for a pick-up for 4/13/07 and a delivery by 4/24/07, from Florida to Virginia. They never scheduled to pick-up the vehicle; I called them on 4/23/07 to find out if everything was on schedule and they had not arranged for a carrier yet! In telephone conversations where I called and spoke with both Stephanie and James, both said that the "snowbirds" were the reason that they were having trouble arranging a carrier. As of 4/24/07, they were still not able to give me a pick-up or delivery date. I called another transport service on 4/24/07 and had a carrier scheduled in 30 minutes (for a two day delivery) by the end of the week. For the deposit, Crossover Transport charged my charge card a higher amount than quoted as well; this charge is currently in dispute with my card company. From my experience, if you want an honest and reputable company that will arrange to transport your vehicle for you without delays, these people are not the ones!
