Mr. Randolph was very good to work with. Even when his office is closed he is quick to return an email with a good answer. Very responsive. The actual truck driver was slow on what he told me he had agreed to do but this was not Mr. Randolph's fault at all. In fact, when the driver told me he was going to be much later than promised, Mr. Randolph contacted the driver and motivated him to get him back on schedule again. Price was reasonable for the service and I am very pleased with Crossover Transport. I would certainly use them again if the need arose.
