Nothing but a scam

My wife entered into a contract with this company to pick up our vehicle in Missouri and move to Alabama. We figured that it was a good price to pay (ours was $205 up front and the balance to the driver upon delivery (680 total), which only took about 2 minutes for them to take it out of our account) to save 26 hours of driving. I am in the military and was still in germany for a few more months, so I was all for my wife taking whatever burden off her shoulders that she could. I wish I had read the reviews prior to her entering into this contract. After 12 days and nothing but "we're trying to find a carrier", my wife requested to cancel the contract and had to drive and get our vehicle anyway. After multiple attempts to get refunded , still nothing. I always get the excuse from Angel that "the boss isn't in", "she handles the refunds" "I'll leave her the message", etc. About the only avenue I could find was to file a complaint with the Better business bureau (which they so proudly boast about being a member of). I hope more people will file a complaint and maybe this company will be out of business and can't take others on a scam ride.
