Huge disconnect between CrossOver and the carrier. Had to make repeated calls to coordinate pickup and delivery. It was obvious after auto was picked up that I was on my own. Ended up demanding cell number of carrier driver. He was the only person capable of even estimating when car would be picked up or delivered. Everyone else provided lip service.
