Matt was very knowledgeable and upfront. I had contacted several other transport companies and each time; I had felt like I needed to take a bath afterwards. But with Matt, he just came off as a genuine ethical person, and me being someone who had never transported a car across state much less across the entire country, that is what I was looking for. He answered every question I had, and even took in extra consideration for the fact that I was rather nervous about the whole process.
