I am a military wife trying to get my cars shipped to Washington State, before my husband comes back from Iraq. This has been the worst experience I have had with an auto moving company. I have had vehicles moved before with no problem. Car 1- I had to drop the car off at least three miles from my home and also at the final location I had someone meet the truck driver to pick up the car. Car 2- I was calling and emailing the company to get the car scheduled, no one responded to emails and I was on hold for at least 30 minutes each time I called before I was able to speak with someone to schedule the car. At the day of pick up the company called at 10am and said they would be picking up the car at noon. The company did not even give me a day notice to make arrangements to be home. It is now past 3pm and the car is still sitting in my drive way. This has been a terrible experience; I do not want anyone else to go through this. (NW express 360 604 7060) Buyer Beware!
