This is the first time in my life that I had to transport a vehicle cross country. After getting a total run around from another transport company for 2 weeks I put calls and emails out to at least 6 other companies. Beth Feldman from Cross Country Auto Transport responded right away! I explained my horrible ordeal with the other company and immediately felt like I was dealing with someone who was ready to put my needs first and take care of business! She was amazing Within 24 hours I had confirmation on when our truck was going to be picked up, the name of the driver with Sun Car Carriers and his cell phone and reference number. The actual truck driver Max was great, very friendly,and very patient never made me feel like we were bothering him.I knew how much it was going to cost in my first conversation with Beth, and that never changed. And I had anytime contact numbers for Beth Feldman if I had any problems or questions! She either answered or returned calls right away! I would highly reccommend dealing with her 954-362-9021 if you want to deal with a professional to get you a trucking company to ship your vehicle! One stop shopping for shipping your vehicle. The price was fair and the customer service was over the top! Thank you Beth
