I received a quote from Claire to ship from Florida to Kansas City. It was $150 lower than any others I received. She was very nice on the phone, said that I would receive a lot of quotes from people who don't even own trucks, but that this was her company and her driver. This was a complete lie! I was under a tight deadline and asked if she could pick it up in 2 days, she said she could. When the day rolled around, I didn't hear from her so I started calling frantically until I finally got ahold of her. She said the driver would be contacting me any minute. Another complete lie! I never heard from a driver until 5 days later when I was in another state. The driver was not affiliated with her company at all. Furthermore, I found out that because she'd quote me such a low price, no driver was likely to pick it up anytime soon. I consider myself an easy person to deal with, but these people are really awful people. Lying is what they do. I'd like to see more people do their research like I should've done so that people like this are run out of business.
