It took me three months to decide which transporter to hire. I initially spoke with Claire in November 2009, but did not do business until March 2010 with Cross Country Auto Tranport. In 2009 the price was $1750, but as anything else increases, I waited too long to get the same price, 5 months later, which of course is fair, I'm not angry.
In March 2010, I was nervous at first to deal with this Company (Cross Country) but Claire put my mind at ease. She assured me that my Envoy would arrive safely and she only deals with reputable transporters. Although Cross Country are brokers, but have their own trucks, I can say I would use them again. My vehicle arrived on time and safe.
My suggestion would be if you are going to deal with a Transports Company "Use Cross Country" and speak only to Claire Abrahams. She is a woman of her word, honest, integrity, sincere and NOT a thief like other transporters. Stay away from her supervisor, LOL.
Again, thank you Claire Abraham's for all of your help and putting my mind at ease. I'm very happy with the service and courtesy I received from you.
They need more CLAIRE ABRAHAMS in the WORLD, to make it a better place.
