My car was originally to be delivered to Bonita Springs. As I was ariving to Florida by ship in Fort Lauderdale, Reynold suggested delivery to their office. He said the office was 15 minutes from the port and that I take a taxi to the office. Sounded good to me. So I agreed. by doing this, I would be able to have my own auto for getting to Bonita Springs.
The day of arrival came. Called Reynold, He said the car was being unloaded and not quite ready but would be by the time I arrived. The taxi ride was more than 15 minutes. It costs 80.00 Got to the office and no car. Reynold put me back in the taxi & sent me to the flear market to shop. Called my son (just happened to be in Fort Lauderdale) who came and picked me up at the flea market. We went to lunch and then back to Cross Country. NO CAR. Reynold had gone to lunch so we spoke to the owner/manager. He was able to track the truck to Bonita Springs. I interupted the call and suggested the driver just drop the car off in Bonita. The driver had estimated his arrival time to Bonita to be around 3:00 pm.
The company has ignored by complaint. If they answer the phone, they transfer me to others and then say "Ralph" will call me back. Have not ever heard from "Ralph".
Would never recommend this company and would not use again.
