I had a miserable experience when shipping my son's car out to L.A. four months ago with Total Car Shipping. They didn't communicate, they lied, they stayed 4 extra days in San Francisco and every day we heard, "he'll be there tonight." I was dubious, at best, when time to ship the car back to New England. Joanne Strano of Cross Country Transport DID NOT LET ME DOWN ONE BIT! Everything went as planned and NO phone calls were needed to find out where the vehicle was! Not only that, this driver was clean, dressed casually, yet professionally, spoke English and prompt with his phone calss and on time, even a bit early! I WOULD DEFINITELY USE CROSS COUNTRY AGAIN!
