When iw as shopping around - i made the stupid mistake to give my credit card number. They said they could NOT request potential pick ups without a credit card. When I recieved the contract and compared to others, I choose not to go with them. They went ahead and scheduled a pick up, without my knowledge or approval and set me up with a pick up day that did NOT work in my moving schedule. Other companies DON'T chage your cards until the day the pick up the car - Cross Country charged mine without a SIGNED contract! I have used three other car transports and NEVER had this problem of them taking money before a contract is signed AND before the car is picked up. They DON'T want ot return the money, even though they don't have a signed contract. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
