I chose this company because of my conversations with benjamin montoya. Iconveyed a past experience and he assured me that dealing with his company would be a timely and smooth transport. He was right about that. I received my car in less than 3 weeks. Benjamin also always got back to me if I had a question which did not happen with another shipping experience. I believe that it is important to stay in close touch with the shippers and through each stage of the transport....at one point I had to speak with someone else and that person led me to believe that my car may not make the boat as it "took longer than it should have to cross the country". He worked it through and all ended up well.
