I needed to have my 93 hummer h1 shipped from florida to arkansas. They were a week late picking it up and a week late delivering it. And to top that off i was overcharged 200.00. Alex whitaker said he would take care of it not to worry YEA RITE its been several months and yep no results. I called and called left messages no return calls. So then i emailed him ALOT so he finaly emails me back a very rude email. He said that email address is not even 1 of 5 that he uses and that its to easy just to hit the delete button. He said call customer service if i had such a problem and then he laughed well i now no why. No matter how many times you call the customer service number they WILL NOT return your calls. I've been told by others thats not really a customer service number its just 1 of there secondary numbers. So then he seeked to get retaliation toward me so he used my personal information and is steadily sending quote reqests out to all sorts of companys. So as you know im getting emails and calls all day and nite. So i have now gotten a lawyer for the lawsuit. BEWARE !!! DO ALOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID WHEN I DECIDED TO USE CROSS COUNTRY TRANSPORT !!!!! AND ALEX WHITAKER.
